Experience
With great pride, Marcia has represented Mesothelioma.net for over twelve years, meeting with victims of asbestos exposure across the United States.
Marcia’s work revolves around introducing her clients to the legal process and offering them the opportunity to hold corporations accountable for the reckless exposure of millions of families across the country to deadly products and dangerous workplaces.
With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, Marcia brings her clients a wealth of personal knowledge. She seeks to offer a variety of opportunities for them and their families.
Holding Asbestos Companies Accountable
“Mesothelioma.net has done an impeccable job of providing a vehicle for hundreds of my clients and their loved ones to get the compensation they deserve. Asbestos-producing corporations were fully aware that their dangerous products harmed families yet marketed them anyway to line their own pockets with millions of dollars. It is my—as well as my clients’—deep desire to hold these companies responsible and send a clear message to think carefully before risking lives for the sake of profits.”
Asbestos Exposure Hits Home
Exposure to asbestos hits home for Marcia, whose father, Anthony, owned and operated his own HVAC and construction business, regularly being exposed to asbestos through electrical work, siding, drywall, and plumbing.
Additionally, her husband, Ernie, worked in the automobile manufacturing industry in northeast Ohio for thirty years and was exposed to several asbestos products over his career at the plant. Marcia understands the impact of asbestos on families, and it is one of many reasons she is so passionate about her work.
She resides in Ohio with her husband, Ernie, and is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters and a loving grandmother to three incredible grandchildren.
