Julie Russell, RN

Julie Russell, RN, is a highly experienced registered nurse with more than 35 years of specialized experience in cardiovascular care. Since 1991, she has served in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts, where she plays a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with complex cardiac conditions. Throughout her career, Julie has worked alongside leading cardiologists, assisting with a wide range of interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures. Her extensive clinical experience has provided her with a deep understanding of cardiovascular disease, patient assessment, procedural care, and critical care nursing. Julie earned her Registered Nursing degree from the Somerville Hospital School of Nursing, where she completed her education between 1969 and 1972. She has remained committed to advancing patient care and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice throughout her career. In addition to her clinical expertise, Julie is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor, demonstrating her dedication to educating healthcare professionals and promoting excellence in emergency cardiac care.
