Robert Meguid, MD
Dr. Robert Meguid is a general thoracic surgeon at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. His clinical focus is on benign and malignant diseases of the lung, including lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies. He is skilled in segmentectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy, mediastinoscopy, and bronchoscopy, as well as minimally invasive video-assisted thoracic surgical procedures.[1]
Education and Career
After graduating from Brown University as an undergraduate, Dr. Meguid earned his medical degree at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He completed an internship and residency at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, and then completed a fellowship in thoracic surgery at the University of Washington in St. Louis. He also earned a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University.[1]
