Anne-Marie G. Sykes, MD
Dr. Anne-Marie G. Sykes is a radiologist specializing in imaging of the chest at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She has years of experience in diagnosing and imaging diseases of the chest, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians from other areas of medicine to create treatment plans for patients diagnosed with lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, and other thoracic malignancies and diseases. Education and Career
Dr. Sykes earned her medical degree at the University of Toronto and completed her internship at Toronto General Hospital. She then completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Calgary, where she was named Chief Resident. Following this training, she completed a fellowship in Thoracic Radiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.[1]

Dr. Sykes is actively involved in research designed to improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with lung cancer. She has authored and co-authored numerous articles that have appeared in prestigious medical journals and has also served as an expert reviewer for studies authored by others.[1]
